Power of Words is a copywriting and editing business and we’ve been working with the CEO at ILP, Institute for Learning & Performance, for a few months.
Not having a yearly series of email reminders for all members was a major source of frustration for them. After our work in improving all copy and layout, now they’ve got a new automated 11-piece reminder series for each member type. So, they’re able to continually remind their members how to use the Institute’s resources. Even with challenges, they are best placed to now increase retention of paid members.
We were able to achieve this by working closely with their team and utilising Mailchimp automations. Jennifer also helped in writing new copy for the conference and affiliate member offer.
