Frequently Asked Client Questions

  • Do you have a client response time?

We aim to get back to our clients within 24 hours (weekends excepted) with answers on a simple query. Revisions may take between 3 and 48 hours.

  • What is a Content Marketing Strategy?

A Content Marketing Strategy is a plan which details the types of content, the number of articles/videos, and general social media strategy your business will need to implement over the coming months.

This will identify any problems along your customer marketing journey, what kinds of content (or social proof) can fix this, what we think will resonate with your target market, and elements to create credibility.

To dig deep, our Content Strategy will guide your organisation in these elements:

    1. Clarify your message to your ideal client – on your website and in other media
    2. What story are you telling in all of your channels? Is that authentic to you?
    3. Is there a marketing funnel (or automated system) to warm up customers and save you time?
    4. Which content should you serve at different times of the client journey? (i.e. awareness content, gathering info, decision-making)
  • Does Power of Words attend to keywords, for optimisation?

Well, it’s a fine balance. We can do light keyword research to find better search numbers on a topic, and integrate the keywords into the copy. But firstly, we will focus on making the page reader-friendly and attractive. We’ve been writing optimised blogs that come up in searches for 11 years, so you’re in safe hands.

  • Do you provide any ‘extra work’ after the copy is delivered?

In our packages or quotation, two revision rounds are included. But if this starts looking like an extra page or 3-5 rounds, then this will need to be charged at our hourly rate of $85 per hour (copy) or $75 (editing).

  • Do you do Content Audits on large content websites?

Yes, Jen and team can perform a content audit and see where your content is: a) repeated, b) not converting, and c) has an information hole.

It’s a good idea to provide an export of your Google Analytics Report, to show an idea of visitor movements and page on site times.

Content Audits range from $400 at the simple end to about $1,500.
