
This sales playbook project was for Masseuse Massage, the Australian makers of incredibly high-quality massage chairs. A playbook is for the sales team to use in training or during calls.
Unfortunately, this project is confidential – but the problem/solution is as follows.
Problem: Masseuse Massage was having trouble with the quality of on-the-call information, including for training purposes, and they needed a major overhaul of a basic product sales deck.
Solution: Jennifer at Power of Words took verbal instructions from Sales Manager Leon of the areas to explain better. She helped with copy, layout, using the right structure (or flow), and creating product pages with bullet points. This was done in a PowerPoint horizontal deck specifically for training, however it could also be transferred to other formats.
About Us and Culture was included, so the newer sales staff can get an all-around view.
